My Philosophy

My Philosophy is to closely follow the original method of Joseph Pilates, to teach Authentic Pilates on Authentic equipment.


I believe everyone can benefit from Pilates, whether recovering from injury, post pregnancy or simply looking to be physically challenged. As a teacher I focus on individual attention, corrective and progressive advancement to bring positive changes to the body

Mat Classes

Group class are organised by ability, we offer beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

​Additional apparatus is used to support, challenge, and deepen the work.

Reformer Classes

If you enjoy Pilates Mat work and would like a more intense and challenging workout Reformer Classes are the perfect way to achieve this.

 

The Reformer uses spring resistance to tone, lengthen and strengthen the entire body,

Victoria has been my invaluable Pilates instructor for 10+ years. She is so knowledgeable and is a genuine Pilates expert who constantly updates her own understanding of the discipline. I particularly like the fact that she pushes hard enough (we all need a little bit of a push!) but never so hard that it is intimidating or likely to cause injury. Her classes are small enough for her to know the potential/limitations of her clients. I would recommend her as an instructor unreservedly.
